Vinyl base blanket with cenefa in raw paint and baking tones
This vinyl base blanket with cenefa shows us that today's vinyl base blanket is as warm, natural and comfortable as other carpets, while it is still unparalleled in strength, durability and easy cleaning.
The model is made of a thin layer of vinyl braided fiber, which is connected to another rubber base layer by heat sealing. The two layers combine to form a very thin carpet, only 3mm thick, completely glued to the floor. In addition, it is waterproof and impermeable, so the liquid will not penetrate or penetrate it.
Weaving combines two tones. The main body has a good denim in rough or natural tone and texture. Around, we found a baked toned cenefa, the same material, and a rich fine denim to make water between the roast / sand and the mole.

1. We have 30 wire drawing machines, 35 Weaving machines and 2 hot-melting production lines. From wire drawing, weaving to fusing backing, are all under our own production, with monthly output of 90000 square meters.
2. With self-developed hot-melt integrated bottoming production line, the bottom and surface are not glued, not less risk of delaminating, more environmental friendly.
3.We are always follow the over sea's brands like BOLON, DICKSON,2TEC2,CHILEWICH etc. and continuous innovate and improve of production technology. According to the different types of fabrics, there are five series of products: Delux series, Classic series, Elegant series, Fantasy series, and Silk road series.
4.According to the product characteristics and requirements, we have developed different types of backings. There are hard PVC backing for wall to wall flooring rolls , comfort backing for tiles, PVC thin backing and non woven backing for wallpaper, and PVC foaming backing for area rugs. We have developed 12-20mm thick high foam backing for anti fatigue mat in 2019.
5. We have four modernized standard factory buildings, a construction area of nearly 30000 square meters and have enough production and storage space to ensure the quality and quantity of products.

1.Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Xiaofeng Town, Anji County, Zhejiang Province,China. in the north west of Zhejiang, and is very near to both Shanghai and Hangzhou. It's 60 kilometers from Anji to Hangzhou, and 90 kilometers to Hangzhou International air port, and 230 kilometers to Shanghai.
2. Q: Are you the trading company or the factory?
A: We are the factory, the manufacturer.
3.Q: Is it waterproofed?
Woven vinyl mat is water resistant and does not allow water to penetrate.
4.Q: Is it suitable for chair castors?
Yes, use chairs with hard castors (polyamide).
5.Q:What does mat contain?
Our products contains PVC, plasticizers, stabilizers, chalk, pigments, polyester, fiber glass and processing aids.
6.Q:What is PVC?
Historically, PVC has been a product produced during none environmental friendly processes and contained several harmful chemicals. Today, The European Industry has taken actions against the previous handling through the project Vinyl Plus.
In addition to this, we has taken further steps in phasing out chemicals. Even further then required. It is an on going process with identifying and finding possible alternatives.
